I was not exactly happy with this place at one time... my date and I thought we should try it out, so we did. I was shocked, the waitress, and a few others really seemed to enjoy their jobs, smiling, offering input, communicating with us about our food. They were very busy, but the food came out hot and because of how the environment was with employees and customers birthday's. The wait was not long and enjoyable. Prices was normal for this area. I did bring a picture along to share how delicious their Flan was, go get you some asap.

Good Mexican food. I had the pork fajitas. So much good pork. My girlfriend had a combo plate... It was giant and she only ate about half of it but said it was really good as well.

This place is Amazing. Kept clean and the food as amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Great cheese dip and salsa. Chips were excellent. I know that is table stakes for a Mexican place, but I really enjoyed them. My brother and I had the chimichangas, ton of chicken in mine, he got the veggie which was fajita veggies, and he liked that too. Will definitely go back.

Best food I've had in Breck. Highly recommend coming here. The staff is awesome and the prices are really good. Better than all of the high price restaurants. Also their salsa is amazing and they sell jars of it and you can come back and it get it refilled for about $5

Quaint Mexican restaurant. Attentive staff and wonderful options. You can judge a place by its salsa and its not bad. Pleasantly surprised with its robust smokey flavors. Tex mex fair on the menu with some traditional options. Worth a visit if in the area.

Myself and a group of friends came here on a Friday night around 6 pm. There was a 15 minute wait for the table but it was well worth it. The menu is quite extensive and the plates of food are large which was great because the dishes are on the expensive side. Best of all though is the customer service. Everyone was quite friendly and inviting.

This salsa will change your life!! They sell a jar for about $9. The food was alright. Very filling for a pretty good price, but I've had better. Service was great. The restaurant is clean and well staffed. My classic blended margarita was very bland and tasted mostly like ice.

They refused service to a truck driver who was delivering their food!! And from the looks of the negative reviews their food isn't any good anyway, so I would steer clear from this place!

I ordered the supreme shredded beef burrito. All the ingredients were fresh and very well seasoned. The service was excellent. We were sat immediately and our order was taken and out in a reasonable time. It has a separate room for the bar so it's very family friendly.

I ordered Steak Fajitas during my last visit here. Though, really, it was more like Sauteed Onions w/ Beef Scraps.Usually, this place isn't that bad but it has started getting inconsistent. Or maybe it is just their fajitas that are iffy as my wife's dish was actually pretty decent. Unfortunately, her Vampiro, while tasty, was tiny and mostly ice.Eh, whatever. Final verdict: Overpriced Average Food.

Chicken mole was amazing. Also had the fajita burrito, it's a hidden gem. Go here, you won't leave sad. You'll leave full and happy. Get the hot salsa, it's delicious, nice jalapeno taste without being overbearing, plenty of spice.

I agree with many other reviews... The salsa is off the hook!It was very busy last time we were there. The staff did a great job turning tables, attending to our needs, and speeding the food delivery with regular check-ins refreshing drinks.They have a ton of traditional food choices and my choice of the "Hacienda Real" CombinationChile Relleno Original & Enchilada Verde" was well executed. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but was exactly what I was hoping.The only negative are some of the seating options when busy. We were sat in the main entrance area, which is less than optimal and a bit annoying when busy.

We came for lunch and were immediately given chips and water. However, it took a while for our appetizer to arrive. We were told the kitchen was busy. Once the food arrived, it was delicious, especially the queso con chorizo. The waiter was attentive and kind. The quality of food and value (large portions for a reasonable price) were great. Very nice find with great Mexican food.

Waited for the table 40 min just for them to tell us they called ( which they didn’t) and the table reservation was gone. Don’t go there if you want to get your dinner fast 😬

The reviews that talk about great margaritas and salsa are correct. The salsa was spicy, but that is what I like. They also have a wonderful bar happy hour, which included the wonderful margaritas for under $4. The happy hour food was also wonderful. Good people working there.

Excellent food! I really enjoyed my dish. The rest of my family really loved their food too. My nephew had a hard time finishing the Plato Gordo and his appetite is hard to satisfy. If you are hungry, make your way to Hacienda Real to fill up on some authentic Mexican cuisine.

The sopa azteca was perfectly brothy and out of this world good if you like your chicken tortilla soup more on the chicken side and less on the vegetable side like I do. The portions are massive too, which is unusual for soup but a welcome surprise. The cup is a bowl, and the bowl is a pot. Our group of five had several other items off the menu and all had positive reviews. Salsa was really good too. Definitely my new go-to for filling up before the ride back to Denver after a cold day of skiing.

We were looking for some more authentic Mexican food after finding food at Copper closed early and found it here. It is less Tex-Mex. The folks were welcoming, the food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, & they had good beverages. It's a wee bit harder to see off exit 203 off I-70 in a shopping center.

Hacienda Real is our favorite Mexican food restaurant when visiting Summit county. There is a large selection of menu choices with reasonable prices. Service is excellent. We had a 3 year old with us when we ate dinner, and our waitress paid special attention to his needs. There is also a children's menu with choices that appeal to the very young. For the adults, we ordered a pitcher of margaritas, and the pitcher was delivered with each glass also having an extra shot of tequila. The food is delicious, servings are generous, and service is excellent.

Very good food, unbelievable might I say, I had the supremo burrito and it was excellent it’s very hard to articulate negatives in this restaurant, but I always believe in growth so after so thought, I believe that the food, and the service was phenomenal with such chaos going on often times the service comes up short but hacienda real constantly has good service considering the circumstances. The only negative part of my experience was the large amount of people waiting for a table two feet away from me, with the crowd this restaurant is bringing in I suggest expanding possibly buying a bit more space just for people to wait in so people can have a bit of space and privacy while enjoying their tremendous meal.

Omg. Best Mexican spot we have found so far. When we walked in we were surrounded by Mexican families enjoying family style lunches. We knew we hit the jackpot of delicious home cooked Mexican food. I had shrimp mole enchiladas and my husband had a burrito. Wow. Every bite was so fresh and filled with flavor. We could not get enough. We have talked constantly about our meal there avd can’t wait to find another hike in the area so we can reward ourselves with another phenomenal meal.
